When Force env zero remote backend is enabled, all future Terraform environments in the current project are created with a remote backend, which is not enabled by default. Enable this policy in Project Settings > Policies. Workspace name requiredAfter enabling Force env zero remote backend, all newly created environments require a workspace name. This applies to environments created through the UI and through API calls.
